Online Scheduling: For your convenience, online scheduling is offered 24 hours a day/7 days per week. Please, be prepared to provide your Credit Card information, as it is required to reserve your appointment. BOOK ONLINE HERE.
Independent Therapists: Each Therapist/Practitioner works independently. Therefore, we cannot honor each other's discounts/special deals/gift certificates. Please, verify you are booking with the appropriate Therapist: Teshara/Kristie.
Cancellation: Your appointment has been set aside just for you. As a courtesy to staff and other clients, we require at least 12 hours notice to cancel appointments. For late cancellations (less than 12 hour notice prior to scheduled appointment,) a 50% fee will be charged to your credit card, gift certificate, or account.
No shows: We reserve the time and space for you, making it unavailable to others; if you do not show up for your appointment, your credit card or account WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the services booked. If you use a Gift Certificate or Coupon to secure your appointment, it will become 100% redeemed. Once you book an appointment it is your responsibility to cancel within 12 hours so that we can fill that appointment space. Prices are subject to change without advance notice; please confirm prices when booking your appointment. By scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to the cancellation policies.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in any of the services, packages, or gift certificates. The customary gratuity for a salon or spa service is 15-20% of the original price of service, at your discretion. For those wishing to show appreciation, tip envelopes for cash are available at the front desk. If you wish to add gratuity to your card, please state the amount before the card is swiped.
Children: In order to maintain a relaxing environment we ask that you please leave your children at home unless they have an appointment. Age appropriate children may sit by themselves in the lobby, however, any disturbance to our staff or other clients will be addressed.
Spa Etiquette: For your comfort, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure you receive your full services and amenities. Tranquility Day Spa reserves the right to shorten a service if guest(s) is arriving late and the full charge of the service will occur. Please turn off all cell phones in the spa. Please be considerate and speak softly once inside the spa, to not disturb other spa guests. No children are permitted in the spa unless they are having a spa service. Draping is required for all services. For your comfort, many treatments require the removal of jewelry. It is our suggestion that you leave your valuables at home as the spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. By scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to all spa policies.
